Tony Blackburn, who joined the sales team of Krones UK at the start of the year as Business Development and Accounts Manager for the South of England, has now had his scope of responsibility enhanced, and will, with immediate effect, be responsible for sales of the complete Kosme portfolio, in addition to managing his existing accounts.
Mark Heath, Sales Director of Krones UK, commented on Tony’s additional sales role: “We had our best ever year for Kosme sales last year and I am pleased to say the momentum is continuing, Tony has proved himself in a relatively short time with us, working with me he will be the main point of contact with our colleagues in Roverbella for filling, labelling and packaging equipment and Austria for the blowmoulding equipment. Tony will be the first point of contact for our new and existing Kosme UK customers and has the full support of the dedicated Kosme/Krones service team together with the entire UK team at Westregen House.” Tony commented, ”It has been a very exciting time for me since I joined the Krones team at the start of the year, the addition of the Kosme range of equipment as part of my sales portfolio ideally suits my customer base in the South of England who tend to opt for the mid-speed range equipment which has proved so successful in recent times.”
