In another departure from its traditional food & drink client base, Kliklok is delighted to have received a second order from Emirates Steel Wool (ESW), in the United Arab Emirates, for a Certiwrap C150 wraparound cartoner, used for sleeving kitchen sponges.
Following the success of its first C150 installation in 2009, ESW has benefited from improved productivity for its range of household cleaning items and accessories, says Kliklok. And when the company needed to source another cartoning line for its premium brand “Super Spongex” cleaning range, it approached Kliklok straight away for a repeat machine. The C150 has proved yet again to be the right choice, says the company, due to its efficient handling and sleeving capability, with easy-size-change as a standard feature. The C150 machine will again be customised to offer Siemens control package, in addition to a specifically designed infeed system to accommodate the very light sponge product, cartoning in singles, twins and triple packs.
