Tri-Star Packaging has launched a range of tamper-resistant containers intended to offer consumers complete confidence when buying salad and deli items out-of-home. The new Tri-Pack with SureStrip™ containers feature the built-in SureStrip™ tamper-resistant system. This patent-pending mechanism created by Sabert Corporation is incorporated into the container lids, eliminating the need for cafés and other food-to-go business operators to use separate tamper-resistant sealing equipment. This helps, at a stroke, says Tri-Star, both to offer customers greater peace of mind and to cut costs related to labour, machinery and materials.
