RPC Containers Oakham and RPC Superfos in Lubien, Poland, have combined to ensure continuity for adhesives manufacturer Mapei.
Mapei was changing from its previous 16-litre rectangular printed pack to the new 17-litre container, which required in-mould labelling (IML) to provide superior image quality for a high-value product. RPC Oakham sourced the 17-litre container (mould 6170) from RPC Superfos, which had the technology needed to carry out the colourful IML process to give the pack real impact.
