Epson introduced two new wireless portable printers in March. The Epson TM-P60II and the Epson TM-P60II Peeler both feature the company’s ePOS-Print technology for flexible, user-friendly portable printing. They have been designed to help retail and hospitality businesses deliver faster, more efficient, customer service. Using Epson ePOS-Print technology, users are able to print receipts, tickets, coupons and labels directly from tablet PCs and other mobile devices. This can be done using any web browser which supports HTML5, without the need for PCs, servers or drivers, and can be easily integrated into current IT systems, according to Epson. The Epson TM-P60II is a portable receipt printer that allows businesses to print receipts and tickets at the point of sale as well as in the back office or kitchen environments.
