Packaging solutions provider FDL Packaging Group of Haydock, Merseyside has added a further string to its bow with the acquisition of Richard Wood Packaging Limited, a long-established manufacturer of wooden packaging systems, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard and packaging products.
The company says the acquisition is part of an ongoing growth strategy through taking on board new market expertise, resources and capabilities in order to best serve its customers’ demands.
