The new VARICON+ conveyor system from S+S Inspection is a metal detector system designed to be easy to clean to meet ever increasing hygiene standards demanded by the food industry. The separate motor control allows a choice of either the recently introduced GHF high frequency detector head used when enhanced stainless steel detection is a critical need or the well proven GLS detector for less demanding roles. The VARICON+ is constructed to minimise the possibility of ledges harbouring debris or dirt and the drive is modular for ease of maintenance.
