T Freemantle is supplying end of line packaging machinery to Greggs, possibly the best-known bakery brand on the high street. Greggs is offering its sausage rolls, apple turnovers and other items as frozen products via a national supermarket and needed end of line packaging machinery to meet this new demand. After consultation Freemantle offered its Semi-Automatic End-Load Cartoner as a solution and Greggs was sufficiently impressed to order three machines capable of running up to 80 cartons per minute and offering a wide flexibility in terms of size of carton that they can run with.
