Waitrose turns treat tub range sustainable

RESEARCHERS at the universities of Bangor and Aberystwyth have developed a technique where the sugar is squeezed out of ryegrass and the leftovers are moulded to create packaging.

From traditional booming industries like whisky and food to the burgeoning craft spirits sector, Scotland has always been a strong and diverse market in its own right.
