DOMINO Printing Sciences has unveiled the latest addition to its ‘x-generation’ coding and marking solutions portfolio.
The Ax560i CIJ printer has been designed to help manufacturers maintain productivity in the face of modern challenges with advanced predictive maintenance capabilities and intelligent print quality management tools.

Built around three key principles, Predict, Prevent, Perform, the Ax560i aims to help manufacturers anticipate maintenance needs, prevent coding errors, and deliver consistent performance.
Predictive maintenance solutions include: integrated component-level monitoring to provide early warning of potential issues before they occur; predictive cleaning guidance to enable operators to schedule maintenance during planned production breaks before print quality is affected; advanced cloud dashboards to provide real-time insight into printer health; and remote accessibility to facilitate support and issue resolution while helping to avoid on-site service visits and prolonged downtime.
Products that have been incorrectly coded can cause costly manufacturing waste. Error prevention features on the Ax560i include: advanced CleanAssist cleaning system, Domino’s latest automated inkjet printhead cleaning solution, designed to streamline cleaning processes and maintain optimum print quality; nozzle face sealing technology for reliable first-time start-ups following planned shutdowns, to reduce downtime and waste; and an integrated air-drying system that helps protect the printhead and maintain consistent performance in challenging production environments.
