DOMINO Printing Sciences has published its latest Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, highlighting ‘measurable progress’ across environmental performance, responsible business practices, people development, and customer support.
The report demonstrates how Domino is embedding sustainability across its operations while helping customers achieve their own environmental and business goals.
Key highlights include: an increase in solar energy generation to 70%; a 95.3% internal recycling rate; and increased packaging sustainability, with 96% of customer packaging now recyclable and incorporating up to 75% recycled materials.
These achievements support Domino’s aim to achieve carbon neutrality across Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 and net-zero emissions by 2050.
The report also highlighted increased female representation in the workplace, with women accounting for 10% more new hires and 2% more senior leadership positions. Meanwhile, 95% of inventory spend is covered by fully compliant suppliers and 85% of employees in the global supply chain team have completed sustainable procurement training.
“Sustainability is increasingly becoming a business requirement for manufacturers around the world,” said group CSR director Jessica Büttner. “Our FY 2025 results demonstrate that meaningful environmental and social progress and strong business performance can go hand in hand.
“We’re committed to making measurable progress year after year – through reducing emissions, improving circularity, strengthening responsible sourcing, and supporting customers in achieving their own sustainability goals. As a business, we remain focused on delivering sustainable solutions that support our customers, while respecting the environment and communities in which we operate, and creating a workplace where people can develop and contribute to our long-term success.”
