22 delegates from the Sheet Plant Association’s (SPA) Emerging Leaders Programme recently gathered at Sheard Packaging for the third module of the flagship leadership development initiative.
The module, entitled Managing and Building Teams, focused on developing the skills and behaviours required to lead, motivate and support high-performing teams within the corrugated packaging industry.
As part of the day’s programme, delegates were joined by members of the Sheard Packaging leadership team, who shared insights from their own leadership journeys.
The SPA Emerging Leaders Programme is a two-year development initiative designed for ambitious individuals working within the corrugated packaging sector. Combining structured learning modules, industry visits, individual projects, HIGTH sessions and networking opportunities, the programme is designed to help participants develop the leadership, management, commercial and interpersonal skills required to progress into future leadership positions.
