FILM manufacturer SÜDPACK has improved its EcoVadis score in its latest audit.
The business scored 85 out of 100 points, placing it among the top 5% of companies rated worldwide and securing a gold medal.
SÜDPACK said it has consistently placed strong emphasis on sustainable procurement practices across its supply chain, and setting new industry standards with its films and packaging concepts.
In the 2025 EcoVadis ranking, SÜDPACK maintained its high scores in both the Environment (92 points) and Labor & Human Rights (84 points) categories. However, in the Ethics category, the film achieved a significant improvement over the previous year – rising from 72 to 80 points. Ethics-related actions in the company’s operations include conducting risk assessments for information security and further expanding existing anti-corruption evaluations.
SÜDPACK also improved its score in the Sustainable Procurement category – by three points to 80. Key factors included risk assessments that identify potential negative impacts on sustainability within the supply chain, whether related to suppliers, products, or purchasing categories.
