LOMA Systems has announced an expansion of its team serving Scotland and the Border regions.
The new Scotland team is described as having been established to provide the ‘best sales and service support’ across the firm’s range of equipment and parts, delivering ‘reliable inspection solutions, efficient service, expert training, and fast breakdown response rates’.
The Scotland team includes two qualified engineers – Alan Andrews and Roy Waters – who will be tasked with meeting all servicing and maintenance requirements, along with offering Loma’s dedicated DSE (Delivering Service Excellence) programme.
Overviewing the complete Loma support for Scotland will be sales & service manager Kevin Hart. Kevin has many years of inspection experience and will guide customers’ inspection needs, along with managing service breakdown, equipment hire, spare parts, or calibration requirements.
