ENTERPRISE Tondelli has revealed it recently received an order for a new blower/filler/capper for the Scottish whisky market.
The machine, which is due for delivery later this year, will handle 22 different bottles, five different corks, and two different ropp closures on the same machine. Enterprise Tondelli said it will produce 100 bottles per minute.
Bottle sizes range from 500ml to two litre jugs including cylindrical, shaped, square, and rectangular bottles with a ‘quick change over system’, centrally adjustable fill level and missing closure detection. The unit will also handle concave PET bottles.
