DANTEX Group, a specialist prepress consumable supplier and digital label press manufacturer, has promoted Chris Smith to the newly created position of UK & Ireland sales manager for flexo/digital inkjet solutions.
He will be tasked with leading the sales team in promoting and achieving sales growth from the range of products Dantex offers into the label and packaging sector, as well as identifying new sales opportunities and managing key accounts.
Chris has held various roles in the print industry and has been with Dantex for over 10 years. He said, “I’m really looking forward to the challenge this appointment provides, particularly in meeting customers and identifying their needs. With an impressive product portfolio ranging from UV inkjet solutions to flexographic consumables, such as plates, tapes and sleeves, I’ll be focused on delivering first class service support to all our customers.”
