A NETHERLANDS storage solutions firm has adopted an innovation that clarifies food containers.
Sunware’s E-Claire Fresh keepers were manufactured using Milliken’s clarifying innovation Millad NX 8000.
The new technology clarifier was used in place of other high transparency plastics, in order to offer consumers a new line of Bisphenol-A free (BPA-free) food storage boxes with high visual impact and functional benefits.
Milliken’s marketing and sales manager Sami T.K. Palanisami said: “By eliminating the haze and yellowing potential of standard PP (polypropylene) materials, it is revolutionizing the way the industry perceives PP for high-end products.”
