PROCESSING and packaging solutions provider Reiser UK has announced the appointment of Ryan Jones as its new MD.
He steps into the role from VP executive at parent company Reiser Holdings, where he supported functions across the business. Ryan started his career in engineering – including at Bosch – before moving into commercial and sales roles. He has held senior positions including leading the southern and western Europe region for Ishida Europe, and Italian manufacturer Aetna Group’s UK and Ireland business.
Reiser UK is a supplier of solutions across the sausage, meat, poultry, seafood, alternative proteins, bakery and dairy sectors. With food producers under pressure to manage costs, improve productivity, address labour availability, and maintain consistent quality, the firm said that Ryan’s focus is on helping customers solve ‘real production challenges’.
“Reiser already has an absolute obsession with customer support in its DNA,” he said. “My priority is to build on that, making our business laser focused on our customers’ needs, challenges and future plans. With a portfolio that covers the entire process, specialists such as master butchers and bakers on hand, and a leading customer centre where we can bring our solutions to life, we can support producers from start to finish in a way few others can.”
