AM Labels has unveiled the latest addition to its portfolio in the shape of the Epson ColorWorks D3800e colour label printer.
A new model in the Epson ColorWorks range, the D3800e is a compact desktop printer that utilises dye-ink technology to produce ‘vibrant, high-contrast results’.
AM Labels provided demonstrations of the new model at PPMA Show 2026 last week. The Epson D3800e is designed to bring small-batch colour label printing to small businesses such as pharmacies and home retail operations.
Dye-based ink printing produces ‘vivid’ colours and deep blacks for professional-looking results on glossy media. It is designed to maintain colour quality and readability in high-friction environments as it reduces the risk of rubbing and abrasion.
