HYGIENIC flooring specialist Kemtile is heading to PPMA Show 2026 to demonstrate how it can help process and packaging companies meet sustainability, smart manufacturing, and operational efficiency demands.
Kemtile is a division of the international manufacturer and installer Stonhard, operating in over 50 countries across Europe. The team – together with colleagues from Stonhard and global partners – will be at the show to explain the benefits of a naturally sustainable flooring service approach.
Dave Sleight from Kemtile has over 40 years’ experience in the process and packaging industry and advises facility owners on the right approach to installing flooring to meet sustainability goals. He said, “Process and packaging companies are under increasing pressure to meet sustainability targets while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and productivity. At Kemtile we help those companies achieve these goals through high-performance flooring, wall, and ceiling systems engineered for demanding manufacturing environments, with sustainability built in.
“There is a hidden environmental cost of flooring refurbishment that not many realise which means you want to minimise the time you spent replacing flooring. At Kemtile we are committed to doing it once and doing it well. Longevity and durability are at the heart of everything we do.”
Kemtile will be sharing the stand with partners Polysto, a manufacturer of kerb and wall protection products for hygiene-sensitive environments. Polysto has this year launched a new range of CleanRock kerbs designed to improve hygienic performance while supporting more sustainable construction.
Nick Van den Bosschelle, VP global business development at Polysto, added, “We have spent the last 30 years investing in hygienic product design and construction solutions to help food processing and other process-driven facilities achieve the highest levels of protection, partnering with Kemtile and other master installers in more than 100 countries worldwide.”
Kemtile director Jamie Cook commented, “We will be encouraging visitors to our stand to consider the significant role high-performance, durable flooring solutions can play in meeting ever-increasing demands on factory owners around sustainability, smart manufacturing, and operational efficiency.”
