Endoline Automation to debut expanded robotic capabilities at PPMA

ENDOLINE Automation is to debut its expanded robotics capabilities at the PPMA Show 2026 in September.

The specialist in end-of-line packaging machinery said the new offering will enable manufacturers to access more automated solutions tailored to their individual production requirements.

The expansion comes as part of a collaboration with Montech, which Endoline Automation said complements its existing robotics capability – allowing it to offer both gantry and articulated robotic solutions as part of its end-of-line automation portfolio.

Visitors to PPMA will be able to see a fully integrated production line featuring an Endoline case erector and case sealer integrated with Montech’s palletising system.

While operating as a complete production line, each machine can also function independently or be integrated into existing packaging operations.

Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach, Endoline said it can recommend the most appropriate robotic technology based on product type, throughput, factory layout and future production requirements, creating bespoke solutions that evolve alongside each customer’s business.

Andrew Yates, Endoline Automation and Endoline Robotics MD, said, “Every production environment is different, which is why we’ve always focused on engineering solutions around our customers rather than expecting customers to adapt to standard equipment. Expanding our robotics capability allows us to offer even greater flexibility. Whether a project is best suited to gantry or articulated robotics, our focus remains the same – engineering the right end-of-line solution for that customer’s application.

“As labour availability continues to challenge food manufacturers and demand for automation grows, customers are increasingly looking for complete solutions from a trusted engineering partner. By broadening our robotics offering, we’re able to support a wider range of applications while continuing to deliver the bespoke engineering, reliability and technical support that Endoline has become known for.”

Endoline has integrated its end-of-line systems with Montech technologies on customer installations in Europe for many years, describing the latest expansion as a ‘natural progression’ that further strengthens the company’s ability to deliver complete automation solutions for manufacturers in the UK and overseas.
