ANTALIS has completed the acquisition of Speidel Verpackungen, a German manufacturer of custom-made packaging solutions.
Founded in 1981, Speidel Verpackungen is based in Baden-Württemberg, employs 60 people, and generated close to €17 million in revenue in 2025. The firm’s customer base spans industries including medical technology, mechanical engineering, metalworking, and automotive. The company focuses on the use of corrugated and heavy-duty corrugated board in combination with wood and foam materials.
Antalis said the move strengthens its commitment to a growing presence in the bespoke packaging sector.
