Amberley Labels relishes limited-edition charity bottle challenge

Limited-edition Henderson’s Relish bottles

AMBERLEY Labels has teamed up with Henderson’s Relish to produce a limited-edition run of bottles supporting the Pride of Yorkshire fundraising campaign.

The bottles will be sold via the Henderson’s website, with all profits donated to Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity as part of its 150th anniversary appeal. The Pride of Yorkshire campaign will see 150 life-sized lion and lioness sculptures installed across the region, celebrating art, community and Yorkshire pride while raising funds to transform the hospital’s emergency department.

As a Sheffield-made brand, Henderson’s Relish has built a loyal following since its beginnings in 1885, with its closely guarded recipe known to just three family members. Its limited edition releases, from football club collaborations to artist-led designs, are designed to help connect the brand with its audience while supporting local causes.

For this latest release, the labels feature artwork by Sheffield illustrator Abi Landridge, known as Paperface. The design centres on a ‘bold’ celebratory composition, with a heart-shaped crest surrounded by hand-drawn food illustrations and flowing forms inspired by the relish itself. Set against Henderson’s signature orange, the illustration is intended to bring together the campaign’s community focus and the brand’s local roots.

Produced at Amberley Labels, part of Paranova Print and Packaging, over 3,000 labels were printed using flexographic technology and finished with a dual varnish.
