MEDICOS has developed a dropper system for Léa Nature‘s Global Anti-Aging Eye Serum.
Composed of a tubular glass pipette, a pierced PP closure topped with a glossy gold aluminium shell, a TPE bulb, and a protective overcap, it is combined with a glass bottle.
The pipette is designed to limit liquid backflow into the bulb, helping maintain cleanliness and reduce formula loss. Its rounded tip enables ‘precise and consistent’ dosing, suited to localised application on the eye contour, with controlled delivery that limits overdosing.
With roots in the pharmaceutical industry, MEDICOS draws on more than 50 years of expertise in dropper development and has been a pioneer in solutions dedicated to dermocosmetics.
Design, manufacturing and assembly are fully integrated in-house, supported by Industry 4.0 injection and automated assembly equipment integrating camera-based inspection systems and AI-assisted controls, ensuring component reproducibility, consistent quality, and industrial performance.
MEDICOS offers a range of dropper solutions combining bottles in drawn glass, moulded glass or plastic, with glass or plastic pipettes, nitrile, butyl or TPE bulbs, and PP or RPP closures. Dimensional parameters and pipette geometries (rounded, curved or tapered tips, varying orifice diameters) allow adaptation to pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications.
