TOSCA has been awarded a Gold EcoVadis rating for 2026 in recognition of the firm’s sustainability progress.
The rating places the reusable packaging company among the top 5% of businesses assessed worldwide.
“Across Europe, we are seeing sustainability move from ambition to operational reality,” said Laurent Le Mercier, EMEA president, Tosca. “Customers increasingly want clear evidence of performance, whether that is efficiency, compliance, waste reduction or supply chain resilience.”
Tosca said many businesses still rely on single-use packaging — a model described as being under ‘increasing pressure’.
The firm said independent evaluations such as EcoVadis are widely used by procurement teams and supply chain partners to assess sustainability performance, supplier credibility, and long-term resilience. Achieving a high rating demonstrates the ability to deliver sustainability in a ‘consistent, measurable and verifiable’ way.
EcoVadis evaluates companies across environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
“Achieving Gold with EcoVadis is an important recognition of the progress our teams continue to make across the business,” added Laurent Le Mercier. “At Tosca, we believe sustainability only creates value when it works in practice. Our reusable plastic packaging and pooling solutions help customers reduce waste, improve operational efficiency and build more resilient, circular supply chains for the future.”
