CARTON manufacturer Falconer Print & Packaging teamed up with skincare brand OMALY to deliver a packaging solution for its debut seaweed-based product range.
OMALY utilises hand-harvested Atlantic seaweed to create a seven-product skincare collection. With a positioning centred on ‘natural efficacy and understated luxury’, the brand required packaging that could reflect its heritage and high-end appeal.
Working alongside branding consultancy Propaganda, Falconer was appointed to produce folding cartons across the range. Manufactured using Incada Excel with an uncoated outer, the packs incorporate metallic gold and deep ocean blue print, blind deboss detailing and a matt varnish finish. Crash-lock base construction is designed to ensure strength and consistency, with no raw edges, supporting both e-commerce distribution and retail environments.
Falconer supplied packaging across all seven SKUs, maintaining a cohesive visual identity while allowing individual products to stand out.
Ann-Marie O’Shea, founder of OMALY, said, “Falconer executed the vision for our packaging exactly as intended. From the outset, the team understood the importance of reflecting both our heritage and our premium positioning. Working alongside Propaganda, they have helped us create packaging that feels authentic while standing out in a competitive market.”
Colin Pow, Falconer’s sales director, added, “OMALY is a brand with a strong story and clear sense of purpose. Our role was to translate that into a packaging format that feels considered and high-quality at every touchpoint. The combination of uncoated material, subtle embellishment and structural integrity creates a pack that aligns with both the product and the brand’s long-term ambitions.”
