AUTOMATE UK has announced that it is bringing its award-winning processing, packaging, automation, and vision events together in 2027 to create an overarching experience for visitors and exhibitors.
Representing its biggest exhibition to date, Automate UK Week 2027 will take place in September across two halls at the NEC, Birmingham, bringing its award-winning PPMA and UK Automation Shows under one roof in a strategic step forward to create a more integrated, future-focused event that reflects the evolving needs of the industry.
James Causebrook, chairman of Automate UK, said, “This announcement reflects our continued commitment to shaping industry policy and supporting growth across the sector.
“Automate UK Week marks the evolution of our successful events into a more ambitious proposition that brings together the best of robotics, industrial vision, drives, controls and associated emerging technologies for businesses looking to adopt automation.
“It will focus on all facets at every level, from traditional manufacturing, processing and packaging applications, right through to AMRs, warehouse automation, logistics systems and the enabling technologies that sit around them.”
Scott McKenna, chief operating officer, added, “Our intention in co-locating our flagship shows is to create what we believe is a genuine one-stop shop for industrial automation in the UK, thereby enabling exhibitors and visitors to maximise their experience and get the best possible return on their investment.”
