ANTALIS Packaging has announced it has added the FillPak Mini to its range of packaging machinery.
The paper void fill converter has been developed by Ranpak and is designed to deliver full-size performance in a compact format.
Despite its smaller size, Antalis said the FillPak Mini delivers ‘reliable and consistent’ paper void fill to secure goods and minimise movement within cartons. Simple controls, adjustable batch mode, and pad length settings allow it to adapt to different packing requirements, while a slow feed button and CE-compliant safety features aim to help create a safer working environment for operators.
The machine is compatible with the full range of FillPak 50 to 70 gsm paper grades, including GrasiKraft, Premium Kraft, Recycled Kraft and Ecoline options.
Steve Marples, Antalis Packaging category manager, said, “The FillPak Mini is an important addition to our void fill portfolio. Many customers are looking for compact solutions that do not compromise on performance or operator safety. This machine gives them the flexibility to improve efficiency while maintaining protection standards and supporting their sustainability goals.”
Antalis specialists are available to visit customer sites to provide a live demonstration of the FillPak Mini and carry out a packaging audit.
