JENNIFER Riddell has been appointed MD at McLaren Corrugate, part of the Port Glasgow-headquartered McLaren Packaging family.
She joins the specialist paper and cardboard packaging manufacturer from her role as MD at the multi-site operations of the Logson Group, under the brand names of The Boxshop and Boxes and Packaging in Scotland, where she was responsible for 160 staff.
Jennifer Riddell said, “I’m delighted to join the McLaren Corrugate team. The opportunity to work with the team to further develop the business was a real attraction, alongside McLaren Packaging’s established reputation in the market for innovation, service, and for being a responsible employer.”
McLaren Packaging MD Donald McLaren added, “Jennifer’s appointment comes at a time when we are gearing up our corrugate division for further growth, with the objective of continuing to develop and expand our reputation as a supplier of sustainable and innovative packaging. We are delighted to welcome her to the business.”
The move follows a recent company restructure heralding the launch of two new brands, McLaren Presentation and McLaren Divisions, which join McLaren Corrugate to form three divisions under the umbrella organisation, McLaren Packaging.
