A B Graphic International (ABG) has hailed its ‘most successful’ Labelexpo in recent years, following a series of sales, product launches, and strong customer engagement in Barcelona.

The firm showcased the new DigiLase Duo, described as a next-generation laser die cutting system designed to deliver ‘double the efficiency’ by harnessing two light sources. The system integrated with ABG’s QuickSwitch turret module, which is said to enable ‘faster and more efficient’ roll changes.

ABG said ‘multiple sales’ of the DigiLase Duo were secured, including to Cimpress Australia, part of the Vista group, in partnership with ABG’s distributor, the Currie Group, and to Printed Easy in the UK. Printed Easy now operates ten ABG machines across its portfolio, including DigiLases, Digicons, and sheeting solutions.

Further sales included an ABG Non-Stop Unwinder and Rewinder for the HP Indigo V12 Digital Press, along with a DigiLite, which was sold to Labelisten in Germany. Meanwhile, on ABG’s FlexPack stand, Litogrimamm in Mexico purchased the Seaming Rewinder that had been showcased during the event.

Matt Burton, ABG’s global sales director, said, “Labelexpo was a landmark event for ABG, not only because of the new technologies we launched, but also for the number of sales and partnerships secured across different regions. It was fantastic to welcome so many customers from around the world and the feedback and orders we received confirm ABG’s position as the trusted market leader in digital finishing innovation.”

ABG confirmed ‘numerous’ extra deals were signed during the show, with further orders expected in the coming months.
