FOUR label and package printing specialists will unite at Labelexpo Europe 2025 to showcase a full label production, from inception to finish.
ETI Converting, Martin Automatic, Lundberg Tech, and LemuGroup first joined forces at Labelexpo Americas to showcase an integrated production line running live, producing real labels, and proving what’s possible when coating, converting, and automation come together. The team is now collaborating again at the Barcelona edition, taking place from September 16-18 at Fira Gran Via.
Visitors to Labelexpo Europe will have the chance to participate in the live experience and view every stage of label production. The four companies will run a live job for Mirmar, a European label converter, offering a full view of inline production in real-world conditions.
Connecting the technology, two webs will be fed into ETI Converting’s Cohesio via Martin Automatic’s dual MBS butt splicers, enabling adhesive coating, laminating, and die cutting. Matrix waste will be handled by Lundberg Tech’s MatrixCompactor 200, while finished rolls will be rewound and palletised using LemuGroup’s GTU turret rewinder and UltraCompact robotic system.
Andrew Galloway, group director EMEA, Labelexpo Global Series, said, “We’re delighted to welcome ETI Converting, Martin Automatic, Lundberg Tech and LemuGroup’s integrated live production. Initiatives such as this bring the future of label manufacturing to life on the show floor, demonstrating the benefits linked to efficiency and cost-saving of an integrated production line.”
