DR Vanessa Lawrence CB, former director general and CEO of Ordnance Survey, and founding co-chair of the United Nations Committee on Global Geospatial Information Management, will be the guest of honour at this year’s Stationer’s Innovation Excellence Awards.
Dr Lawrence will present the Innovator of the Year accolade, at the culmination of the awards ceremony taking place at Stationers Hall on October 17.
Judges at The Stationer’s Company have whittled down their top picks in six categories ranging from Start Ups to Education Technology.
The ultimate winners will be announced at a champagne reception and lunch on October 17. Through the awards, the Stationers’ Company recognises the role the communications and content industries play in the UK economy, highlighting outstanding innovation in the sector and offering the opportunity to share best practice.
