TV chef launches new grazing board series with Canned Food UK

TV chef and author, Theo Michaels, has once again partnered with the Metal Packaging Manufacturers Association’s (MPMA) Canned Food UK (CFUK) campaign to launch the Can and Graze initiative.

The new campaign reimagines the convenience of canned food through a Mediterranean lens, with seven brand-new recipes inspired by Greek and Cypriot flavours and designed to elevate everyday eating. From vibrant dips to flavour-packed bites, Can and Graze proves that delicious, creative cooking really can come straight from the can.

Launched last month, each recipe was shared on Theo’s and CFUK’s Instagram pages, @theocooks and @cannedfooduk, and is also available in full on the Canned Food UK website.

Key dishes include:

  • Aubergine Dip – rich, smoky and perfect for scooping
  • Gigantes Plaki – hearty Greek-style baked beans made simple
  • Griddled Apricots and Thyme- a wonderful meze dish that can also work well on the BBQ
  • Cretan Dakos- simple, refreshing and from the island of Crete
  • Hot Honey Halloumi – a sweet-spicy twist on a Greek classic
  • Octopus Bruschetta with Gremolata  – a zesty and fresh Mediterranean dish
  • Tomatoes, Basil & Anchovies – the ultimate summer appetiser

Commenting on the campaign, Theo said, “My grazing board captures the essence of how canned food can be used to create delicious and inventive light bites.
