EMMEPI Group has announced the successful merger with Favalessa Systems.
Favalessa Systems was founded in 2016 following the acquisition of 70% of the shares of the Favalessa brand, which was known for its solutions in industrial peripheral equipment.
Favalessa Systems is now officially joining Emmepi Group as its dedicated Peripheral Equipment Division. The agreement, which involved the acquisition of 100% of Favalessa Systems’ share capital, marks the final step in the integration into Emmepi Group’s industrial systems and strategic offering.
Emmepi Group’s new production facility, located in Pieve di Soligo (TV) in Italy, is described as a modern site with a footprint of 9,000m². This investment enables the business to centralise all operational activities of its Peripheral Equipment Division in a single hub.
Emmepi Group added that it assures clients, partners and industry stakeholders of ‘total operational continuity’ and a ‘strong commitment to preserving and enhancing the resources of Favalessa Systems’. The firm said all technical and specialised personnel will be retained within the new structure.
