CO-packing and fulfilment specialist Prism eLogistics is celebrating the five-year anniversary of its partnership with Dutch e-commerce logistics provider, Efulfilment Europe.
Since 2020, the partnership has provided a bridge between the UK and European markets, with Prism supporting Efulfilment’s distribution in the UK and vice versa for Prism’s European requirements. Both companies operate on integrated e-commerce platforms, enabling real-time data exchange and a consistent service across borders.
“What began as a mutually supportive working relationship has developed into a genuine partnership,” said Ian Wright, MD of Prism eLogistics. “By leveraging our infrastructure, brands can test the EU market with minimal risk – shipping via our business into Europe through Efulfilment’s Dutch hub.
“Once demand is clear, they can transition to bulk shipping and work directly with the Efulfilment team. The same approach applies in reverse. It’s a model that removes friction, simplifies compliance, especially post-Brexit, and takes the pain away from our clients.”
The approach is said to have been particularly valuable to brands in the personal care, health and fitness, nutraceutical, and automotive sectors. Clients have access to Efulfilment Europe’s automation technologies, including high-speed print-and-apply labelling and parcel sorting, as well as warehousing with over 25,000 pallet locations.
Raymond ter Meer, founder of Efulfilment Europe, added, “From the outset, Prism shared our customer-first mindset. Our aligned systems and close cooperation mean clients receive a truly joined-up experience. Whether a business is entering the UK or EU market, they benefit from local insight, established infrastructure, and a dedicated team that understands the complexities of cross-border fulfilment.”
With growing demand for ‘agile, scalable’ logistics in an increasingly complex trade environment, Prism and Efulfilment are showing how cross-border collaboration can create competitive advantage across new service areas.
Ian Wright added, “Now that we’ve proven how well we collaborate on e-commerce, we’re also exploring co-packing and shrink sleeving services in the Netherlands. These are really exciting times for our partnership and the value both businesses can deliver our growing client bases.”
