SIG Group has been included in two Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) for the first time.
The company debuted in both the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) and the Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index (DJSI Europe), with the firm announcing that the milestone confirms SIG as a ‘best-in-class’ company for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
Launched in 1999, the DJSIs set a global standard for sustainability assessments, evaluating thousands of companies annually. The indices are considered a benchmark for evaluating corporate ESG practices and sustainable business success.
“Being recognised in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in Environmental, Social, and Governance practices,” said CEO Samuel Sigrist. “This achievement reflects the dedication of our entire team and the culture of our company. Together, we remain committed to leading with purpose, inspiring change, and setting new standards for ESG excellence.”
