EMMEPI Group Avanti has announced that Andy Liles has rejoined the team as operations director.
Andy initially joined Avanti Conveyors in 2015 as finance director and was promoted to operations director in 2019. He decided to pursue his career elsewhere in 2022, including a stint as an interim management accountant and then onto a management role in the hair and beauty industry.
He returns to Emmepi Group Avanti at a time when Avanti Conveyors becomes part of Emmepi Group’s global business. He will be leading the project management and installation teams and will assume responsibility for all projects, project scheduling and all related engineering work with those projects.
MD Simon Mander said, “Following our recent acquisition by Emmepi Group, Andy rejoins the team at an exciting time. Our business can now offer complete site automation to our customers within the corrugated packaging industry.
“With Andy’s experience and expertise in this industry, coupled with his recent experience from outside of our industry, he joins a management team confident in the knowledge that we are moving to the next level in our abilities to supply all our customers’ materials handling requirements.”
