SMURFIT Westrock has announced its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) following the completion of the previously announced combination of Smurfit Kappa and WestRock on July 5, 2024.

The company also has a standard listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

“We believe that this combination has created the ‘go-to’ leader and partner of choice in sustainable packaging. I’m proud to be chosen to lead this great team of people.”

Ken Bowles, Smurfit Westrock chief financial officer, added, “The shareholders of both Smurfit Kappa and WestRock have overwhelmingly supported our combination.
