MATERIAL handling solutions provider Interroll has announced completion of a refurbishment project at its UK HQ in Northamptonshire, to create a new customer hub.
The upgraded facility includes showroom spaces for the company’s range of conveyor and pallet-handling solutions, an updated service workshop space, and newly fitted-out offices and meeting rooms.
Campbell Hilton, MD for Interroll UK, said, “Our growing portfolio of solutions is supported by a promise of outstanding customer service through the whole lifetime of products. That applies right from the feasibility and design stages, through the installation process, to hotline support, spare parts, repairs and retrofits, preventive maintenance and training once a system is in operation.
“The customer hub is the nerve centre at the heart of our UK customer-service operation, and it will help ensure that we lead the market not only in terms of the quality and durability of our products, but also in the standard of support we provide.”
Interroll supplies system integrators and plant manufacturers with a range of platform-based handling solutions including rollers, drives, conveyors and sorters, and pallet and carton flow systems.
The UK base overhaul follows a period of investment in the product portfolio. In 2023, the firm launched a new high-performance conveyor platform (HPP) aimed at the warehousing and logistics sector, while earlier this year it partnered with two Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) companies to launch a module that integrates the robots with its Light Good Conveyor Platform (LCP).
Campbell Hilton added, “As we celebrate 65 years since Interroll was established, and ten years of operation from our UK headquarters, launching this state-of-the-art customer hub demonstrates our ongoing commitment to investing in the best possible experience for our customers and end-users.”
