THE Denny Bros Group has completed the acquisition of PR Products in a move designed to further enhance its printing and labelling portfolio.
Denny Bros said south London-based PR Products is a specialist label producer with a reputation for producing ‘high quality labels quickly and efficiently’ and uses its trade knowledge to provide a print management service.
The business has become the eighth company within the Denny Bros Group. Graham Denny, MD of Denny Bros, said, “We are delighted to add PR Products to our portfolio of businesses. We have worked closely with them for many years, both within Denny Bros and our sister company Willowbridge Labels, and we know what a professional and first class service they have provided.

Denny Bros was advised by Birketts Solicitors in completing the acquisition. Established in 1997, PR Products’ founding owner, Peter Deering, is now retiring and plans to spend time touring Europe on his Triumph motorcycle.
