YORKSHIRE Packaging Systems (YPS) is celebrating after being named by shrink film manufacturer Bolloré as its best performing distributor of 2023.
YPS has been the exclusive distributor for Bolloré films in the UK since 2001. This is the second time the firm has been recognised with the award, having won previously in 2021.
“Bolloré’s shrink films are a pleasure to represent,” said Glyn Johnson, MD of YPS. “They deliver outstanding performance in every way, that’s greatly appreciated by our customers. Being recognised by Bolloré is the icing on the cake for us.”
Bolloré specialises in the manufacture of shrink films for food contact applications. YPS said the focus on innovation has led to the development of films with ‘exceptional’ qualities such as ‘ultra-thin, high strength films with optimised shrinkage’.
Bolloré Packaging Films is headquartered in Brittany, France, from where shrink film products are distributed across the globe.
