AVANTI Conveyors has announced that Michael Griffin has rejoined its team as senior systems expert.
Initially joining the company in 2011 as one of its first apprentices, Michael progressed to a role where he was programming and commissioning materials handling systems in sites across the globe.
Following almost 12 years at Avanti, Michael had a short break working for the utilities industry last year. He recently approached Avanti Conveyors to talk about rejoining the team. The firm said that it ‘didn’t hesitate’ to welcome him back, describing his skills, knowledge, and dedication as ‘highly valuable’ to the company and its customers.
Danos Damianou, software director at Avanti Conveyors, commented, “We’ve been making some significant strides in the corrugated packaging industry and have even bigger plans for the future. With Michael’s experience and expertise in this industry coupled with experience from outside the industry, we are confident we can move to the next level.
