PACKAGING solutions provide Selig Group has announced a proposal to consolidate its EMEIA manufacturing capabilities by exploring the relocation of production from its facility in Switzerland to its ‘cutting-edge’ site in the UK.
The firm said the transition would be implemented with ‘respect and fairness’ for its dedicated workforce. Throughout this process, Selig Group added that it will maintain ‘open and honest’ communication with employees, keeping them informed of developments and providing resources to facilitate a ‘smooth transition’.
Selig revealed it is determined to minimise any potential disruptions and ensure affected employees are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.
The proposed consolidation is tipped to strengthen Selig Group’s ability to meet EMEIA customer demands by reducing lead times and enhancing overall production capabilities.
