HINOJOSA Packaging Group has obtained the EcoVadis Gold Medal for its sustainability achievements.
The recognition places the firm in the top 5% of companies assessed on the platform due to its environmental, social, and corporate governance policies.
This award recognises Hinojosa’s efforts and assesses its projects and achievements over 2022, centred on promoting the common good through sustainable packaging solutions and adding ‘maximum value’ to clients’ products.
Hinojosa again scored 71/100, excelling in the area of environmental care due to the reduction of carbon emissions and sustainable actions including a 93.6% waste recovery rate and the use of more than 63% of energy from renewable sources.
