PRE-cut lidding specialist Chadwicks has appointed Karen Moran as quality and food safety manager.
Karen will be responsible for managing food safety and quality management systems. She will also be focusing attention on the company’s environmental management system as it works towards the ISO 14001 standard.
With over 20 years’ experience in the food and food packaging industry, Chadwicks said Karen has worked with leading UK retailers and is practiced in working to most quality and food safety standards such as BRCG, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and AIB.
“I am very excited to be joining Chadwicks, a company renowned for its technical expertise in the flexible packaging industry,” Karen said. “I look forward to collaborating with the team, especially in implementing the ISO 14001 standard, as Chadwicks looks to reduce its environmental footprint and advance sustainability initiatives. Furthermore, as a proud resident of Bury, I am delighted to finally have the opportunity to work in my hometown after years of travelling the country.”
