SOFTWARE specialist Nulogy is partnering with the BCMPA for a webinar on how digitalisation is shaping the future of contract packing.
Held on Thursday 5th October at 2pm, the webinar will highlight how purpose-built software can help businesses optimise their end-to-end co-packing workflows, from estimating and planning, to materials and labour management, and traceability and quality control.
“As the contract packing and manufacturing industry evolves, it’s crucial for businesses to embrace digital solutions to future-proof their operations,” said Emma Verkaik, CEO, BCMPA. “That’s why these discussion forums are so important, to showcase the value software such as Nulogy can bring to our members.”
By harnessing real-time data capture and analytics, attendees will discover how digitalisation can ‘accelerate throughput, enhance agility and responsiveness, and foster closer collaboration with brand customers’.
The webinar will also provide testimonials from industry experts who have integrated the Nulogy system into their own operations. Michael Briggs, MD of Marsden Packaging and Anita Donohoe, group MD for logistics & fulfilment at Kinaxia Logistics, will explain how such software can help co-packers overcome common challenges. Their panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session.
“The BCMPA is respected throughout the UK as the leading association for contract packers, manufacturers and e-commerce fulfilment businesses and we are delighted to present this joint webinar with them and our customers Marsden Packaging and Kinaxia, equipping co-packers and manufacturers with the knowledge and resources necessary for success in the digital age,” commented Josephine Coombe, chief commercial officer, Europe at Nulogy.
“Digitalisation is increasingly important to delivering the service brands and retailers demand and we are excited to share insights that will help businesses shape the future of co-packing.”
