AM Labels appoints new software developer

Bianca Richards

AM Labels has appointed Bianca Richards as software developer to support the company in developing internal systems to improve processes for customers, as well as enhancing the firm’s bespoke software offering.

Bianca previously spent nine years working at DYSC IT Solutions, an agency that specialises in website, software and app development. During this time, she gained hands-on experience in planning, developing and maintaining a range of business systems across different industries including e-commerce websites, custom in-house management software, and integration of existing systems.

At AM Labels, Bianca’s role incorporates full stack development and she is responsible for maintaining and upgrading internal systems, including further automating aspects of the company’s e-commerce website and internal production systems. Bianca also develops bespoke software solutions for AM Labels’ customers.

AM Labels offers a range of software packages, including customised solutions, that are compatible with handheld computers and a variety of label printers, such as colour and thermal models.

The company said its bespoke food labelling software can be adapted to meet changing demands, shifts in market conditions and the introduction of any new regulations, while supporting users in speeding up the production process and ensuring full compliance.

Bianca Richards said, “Since joining AM Labels, I have been thoroughly enjoying the variety that my role offers and I’ve already had the opportunity to work on an exciting assortment of projects, both for our own internal systems and developing new, custom solutions for our customers. I’m looking forward to utilising my skills and experience to transform our existing procedures into a more holistic system that offers increased accessibility and improves processes for our staff, while enhancing the purchasing experience for our customers.”

MD Tony Mariani added, “We’re delighted to welcome Bianca to our team. Her experience and knowledge across all areas of web and software development will be a huge asset to us at AM Labels, enabling us to roll out our bespoke software solutions to even more companies, while continuing to deliver the very best service and support to our valued customers.”
