DRINKING chocolate brand Cocoa Canopy has announced a new packaging format for its 900g foodservice packs.
The re-sealable, plastic-free pouches are designed in-house.
Already providing drinking chocolate beads to selected Greene King Pubs, Emilia’s Pasta restaurants dotted across London, the National Trust’s Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire, and Heston Blumenthal’s ‘The Perfectionist Café’ at Heathrow, amongst many more independent cafes, Cocoa Canopy provides sustainably sourced drinking chocolate beads that can be enjoyed hot or cold.
All five varieties – Smooth Milk, Milk & Dark, Salted Caramel, Rich Dark, and Ecuador Dark – are available in the new 900g pouches or 1.35kg branded catering packs as well as 10kg reusable tubs. The minimum order quantity is one catering case per blend, providing approximately 286 servings.
