ULMA Packaging UK has appointed Martyn Cochrane as its new regional sales manager for Scotland.
The machinery manufacturer said the move aims to meet the continued demand for ‘best-in-class’ packaging machinery solutions in the region.
Martyn previously worked in similar regional positions within the food and general industry. ULMA revealed that his expertise lies in vacuum, MAP, and SKIN packaging, as well as slicing and packaging lines.
At ULMA, his primary responsibility will be to assist customers throughout Scotland in accessing the manufacturer’s range of products, with a particular focus on the food and medical sectors.
Martyn said, “With ULMA’s extensive portfolio of packaging machinery, which includes vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS), horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS), traysealer, and thermoforming solutions, I’m looking forward to showcasing the sustainability, reliability and efficiency of ULMA’s solutions to both existing and prospective customers.”
