Open house event to showcase automation innovation

PRINT finishing equipment manufacturer, A B Graphic International (ABG), has announced plans to hold a UK automation open house event at its Bridlington head office and manufacturing facility.

The aim is to showcase the latest developments in finishing, with dates set for March 28 and 29.

Providing a mix of presentations and demonstrations displaying ABG’s finishing technology, the primary focus of the two days will be on automation and ABG Connect, the company’s latest workflow connectivity solution.

Live demonstrations will feature high-speed converting for blank labels, the Digicon Series 3 showcasing digital finishing and traditional embellishment capabilities, ABG’s DigiLase 4.0 with an emphasis on laser die-cutting, and winding technology. There will also be a sneak preview of ABG’s latest turret rewinders, due for launch at Labelexpo Europe in September 2023.

Guests will also be able to listen to presentations updating on developments in ABG’s drive for increased workflow automation and connectivity. Presentations will include ABG Connect along with a guest speaker and ABG partners, a talk on linerless labels, and an insight on Ecoleaf by Actega.

ABG will also be providing a tour of the firm’s new manufacturing facility.
